Some notes about your Little Folk purchase:
I describe Little Folk pieces as ‘delicately robust’. They are intended for indoor use and decoration only. Of course, you may use them for outdoor play too and for passing fairy encounters but, as they’re made from mostly natural materials, leaving them to battle the elements will result in them quickly breaking down and spoiling.
I hope that everyone in the family can enjoy the pieces I create, but very little, inquisitive hands will need supervision as they are easily broken and contain small pieces, which could be a choking hazard.
Returns or Refunds
I’m happy to accept returns and exchanges on the following basis:
Contact me within: 3 days of receipt/delivery
Send items back within: 7 days of receipt/delivery
I don’t accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
• Custom or personalised orders
• Sale / sample items
Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for their safe return/return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I detail what each piece is made up from at the point of purchase. All found materials are fallen or have been naturally discarded – nothing has been torn from its habitat. Wherever possible, everything is sourced from the UK. Most materials are largely perishable and are not edible. If you have any questions or concerns, drop me a line!
Bespoke pieces make beautiful, truly unique ‘one off’ gifts. I’m happy to work to a brief or make suggestions as to how we can create a OOAK (one of a kind) Little Folk piece.
It’s lovely learning that I have so many different types of customers – from avid (secret adult!) collectors, to parents and grandparents gifting a little dollop of whimsical, forgotten magic to the next generation and, very happily for me, kids who stick Little Folk pieces on their gift lists.
Little Folk has morphed into a very regional pursuit, where I’m lucky enough to be able to hand deliver many of the pieces straight to the new owner’s door!
For those purchasing outside of the UK you should be aware you may be liable for import/customs tariffs. Sadly, this is out of my control once the parcel has shipped and I cannot be responsible for any delays as a result of customs.
